PolyRaj uses a highly efficient blow-moulding process used to create durable, high-quality water tanks by inflating a heated plastic tube until it fills a mould and forms the desired shape. This process involves three main steps: melting the plastic and forming it into a preform or parison, clamping the preform into a mould, and inflating it with air to conform to the mould’s shape. Once the plastic cools and solidifies, the mould is opened, and the finished water tank is ejected.
