PolyRaj uses rotational moulding, or roto moulding, which an innovative manufacturing process ideal for producing robust, high-quality water tanks. This process involves placing powdered plastic resin into a hollow mould, which is then heated and rotated biaxially. As the mould rotates, the plastic melts and evenly coats the interior surfaces, forming a uniform and seamless product. Once the raw material has fully fused and cooled, the mould is opened, and the water tank is removed.
